a seminar delivered for BIAC by Professor Kaj Hobér and addressed to business leaders, practicing lawyers, in-house counsel, academics and students.

About Prof Kaj Hobér
He is a renowned Professor of International investment and trade law at Uppsala University, Chairman of the SCC Institute of Arbitration; associate member 3 Verulam Buildings, Grey’s Inn, London.
With more than 35 years of experience as practicing attorney, he published a dozen books and numerous articles on international trade and investment law as well as international arbitration law. More about Prof Hobér can be found here.
