The Bucharest International Arbitration Court (BIAC) and the American Arbitration Association – International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) invite you to an online international conference on the latest arbitration trends and developments on October 20, 2021, between 16:00 – 19:30 (EET), via Cisco Webex Meetings.
An international who’s who of arbitration practitioners will tackle topics relating to the advantages and benefits of the stipulation of arbitration in M&A transaction and VC/PE investment definitive agreements, infrastructure construction agreements as well as discuss the recent changes to the ICDR’s new International Dispute Resolution Procedures (which came into effect on March 1, 2021).
